WHAT'S COVERED
Every product is covered by our 30-day Quality Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match its description, we will repair the issue with a full refund or a replacement, at no cost to you.
This guarantee covers:
Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
Products that arrive damaged in transit.
Items that are missing parts or accessories described in the listing.
Incorrect items received.
HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information. We're unable to process claims submitted after this window.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
This guarantee does not cover:
Normal wear and tear from ordinary use.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow included instructions.
Cosmetic changes that don't affect the product's function.
Products altered or repaired by anyone other than Urban Survivor Shop or our fulfillment partner.
Change-of-mind purchases, where the product works and matches its description but is no longer wanted.
Any product used outside of its intended purpose.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, offer a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer. A NOTE ON HONESTY
We built this guarantee to reflect exactly what we can deliver — no more, no less. If a situation falls outside what's described here, reach out anyway. We review claims individually and will always tell you clearly what we can and can't do.
